About the Role
Speak is looking for a Product Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on using data to drive product strategy and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive product strategy by conducting quantitative research into user behaviors and trends
- →Design new features and inform the product roadmap through analysis
- →Build and maintain core company data events and tables
- →Build and maintain company-level product and business dashboards
- →Design and analyze A/B tests and other forms of causal inference
- →Perform exploratory analysis to understand user engagement behavior
Requirements
- ✓5-10 years of experience using analytics to drive product business decisions
- ✓Significant experience with SQL
- ✓Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM tools to analytical tasks
- ✓Deep understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation design
- ✓Solid background in running multivariate product experiments
- ✓Proven track record of working autonomously with business stakeholders
