About the Role
Splend is seeking a Sales and Onboarding Consultant to join their team in Parramatta. This role involves helping customers choose the right vehicle subscription for rideshare driving in a fast-paced, in-person sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain a thorough understanding of all Splend’s vehicle subscription packages and related products
- →Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable subscription solution
- →Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to final sign up
- →Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs
- →Ensure vehicle displays, marketing collateral, and digital tools are up to date and engaging
- →Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader
- →Actively contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2 years’ experience in a target-driven sales role
- ✓Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
- ✓Strong understanding of consultative/solution selling and customer service excellence
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓High attention to detail and strong time management
- ✓Experience or passion for the automotive or mobility industry (desirable)
- ✓A full unrestricted Australian Driver's License (must have)
- ✓Comfortable commuting to our Parramatta hub daily
- ✓Able to work weekends as required
