We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python) who will join our team. What will you do: - Design and build backend services in Python (FastAPI) - Implement async job execution and status tracking (Redis/Celery/Kafka) - Integrate with LLM and services (internal & external) - Ensure stability, observability, and cost-efficient inference About you: - 5+ years Python backend experience - Strong FastAPI experience - Solid PostgreSQL + S3 (or equivalents) - Experience with async task queues (Celery, Redis, Kafka) - Production experience integrating with micro services: long-running jobs, retries, failure handling - Basic observability skills (logging, monitoring, alerting) - Experience in cross-functional teams (frontend, ML) - Experience with AWS infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes It would be great if you have: - Familiarity with LangChain or agentic workflows - Marketing technology background (ad platforms, creative tools) - Experience with StarRocks (or other OLAP databases, ex.
