✓At least 3 years of experience in software development and design in Java, specifically using the Spring ecosystem, Hibernate, and other common open-source frameworks
✓Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous communication
✓Experience with automated testing (unit tests, acceptance tests)
✓Strong quality mindset and willingness to continuously improve
✓Interest in new programming trends and strong teamwork skills
✓Confident communication in English
✓Prior experience integrating complex third-party ecosystems is a significant advantage
