About the Role
We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join Sportradar, a global company serving elite basketball and baseball markets. You will be the frontline connection between Sportradar and clients, helping them succeed and resolving issues with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound client communications
- →Develop a deep understanding of Sportradar’s products, data feeds, APIs, and tools
- →Troubleshoot issues by researching, replicating, and documenting findings
- →Proactively assess client needs and provide guidance and alternative solutions
- →Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely responses and clear communication
- →Support internal initiatives, special projects, and process improvements
Requirements
- ✓Experience in customer support, technical support, or another client-facing role
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- ✓A passion for sports and understanding of major leagues
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Proficiency with Windows and macOS
- ✓Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ✓Preferred: experience with APIs, data integrations, and ITSM tools like Jira or ServiceNow
