About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Casino division, which develops and delivers innovative online casino solutions for operators worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior technical and product leaders, influence key technical decisions, and help shape the future of our online casino products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with Product and Development Managers, as well as platform teams, to prioritize the backlog, define and track key quality metrics, ensure process adherence, and align software dependencies across product areas
- →Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sportradar Casino products
- →Define product and functional requirements based on customer and partner requirements
- →Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations
- →Support sales team in responding to complex requests for proposals
- →Work closely with Development teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to the post-sales implementation environment
- →Educate and advise clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work
- →Connect and coordinate with additional Sportradar teams when deemed necessary for the customer's long-term success
- →Ensure productivity tools are correctly used, and efficiency metrics are met
Requirements
- ✓Some experience or a strong interest in project/product management, ideally within complex software environments
- ✓Ability to match client’s business requirements with product capabilities
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with other team members
- ✓Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- ✓Comfortable with numbers and basic mathematical concepts
- ✓Ability to collaborate with multiple groups toward accomplishing a task
- ✓Enthusiastic, self-starter with a charismatic personality
- ✓Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
- ✓Strong listening and question-based selling skills
- ✓Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Slack, MS Teams, Service Now, or Phabricator is a plus
