About the Role

We are looking for a Game Designer to join our iGaming team in Mostar. This role involves designing high-quality casino games for players worldwide, focusing on engaging experiences across multiple platforms.

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in game design (preferably within iGaming, slots, or real-money gaming)
✓Proven track record of shipped titles
✓Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops
✓Experience working with KPIs (retention, monetization, LTV, conversion)
✓Solid knowledge of RTP, volatility models, and math-driven design principles
✓Experience writing clear and structured GDDs
✓Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
✓Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
