About the Role
We are looking for a Product-Minded QA Engineer to join our team at Sportradar. This role focuses on ensuring quality throughout the entire product lifecycle, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to build a reliable platform for sports data collection.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to turn business ideas into clear, testable user stories
- →Get involved in the design phase to challenge assumptions and identify risks early
- →Build tools, bots, and scripts that improve developer efficiency using modern automation frameworks
- →Balance exploratory testing with automated checks for critical workflows
- →Validate that new features meet both technical standards and user needs
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience leading quality strategy in complex product teams
- ✓Product mindset focused on user experience and business logic
- ✓Proactive approach to defining the path forward without detailed instructions
- ✓Ability to explain technical risks simply to non-technical team members
