About the Role
We are seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to lead and develop a regional HR team, ensuring consistent operational standards across all locations. This role involves partnering with local leadership teams to provide people support and act as an escalation point for complex matters.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coach and develop a regional HR team
- →Ensure consistent operational HR standards, capability and delivery across all locations
- →Partner with local leadership teams to provide commercially sound people support
- →Ensure all people practices align with local labour law and company values
- →Support organizational transformation projects and oversee HR metrics
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in a senior HR Lead or HR Business Partner role
- ✓Strong grounding in performance management, ER and manager coaching
- ✓Experience working with compensation, levelling or benchmarking frameworks
- ✓Track record of delivering HR programmes in scaling or complex organisations
- ✓Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
