This team focuses on understanding what makes Spotify Premium valuable to listenersβand how we can make it even better.</span></p>

Youβll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Research to shape decisions that impact millions of users around the world.</span></p>

What You'll Do
β’ Explore how listeners experience Spotify Premium and identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
β’ Design and analyze experiments to understand the impact of new features and product changes.
β’ Build and orchestrate AI-powered analytical workflows to automate complex analyses and scale output.
β’ Define and track meaningful metrics that reflect the health and value of the Premium experience.
β’ Develop dashboards and tools that help teams monitor performance and make informed decisions.
β’ Investigate user behavior trends and bring forward insights that shape product direction.
β’ Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and translate data into action.
β’ Communicate insights clearly to a wide range of audiences, including senior stakeholders.
β’ Contribute to a strong, collaborative data culture by sharing knowledge and supporting peers.

Who You Are
β’ You have 4+ years of experience in data science or analytics, working with product or business teams.
β’ You bring a strong foundation in statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ You are confident working with large datasets and have strong skills in SQL and Python.
β’ You have experience designing and analyzing experiments and understand how to measure impact with rigor.
β’ You are comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from framing the problem to delivering actionable insights.
β’ You have experience applying AI or automation in analytics workflows by integrating LLMβs to streamline multi-step analyses.
β’ You communicate complex ideas in a clear, structured and engaging way.
β’ You are curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with some ambiguity.
β’ You enjoy collaborating across teams and building strong working relationships.
β’ You have experience in consumer products, subscriptions, or monetization-focused environments.
