About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team working on multi-objective, multi-stakeholder recommendations in Spotify playlists. This role involves supporting multiple services accessed by half a billion Spotify listeners, with tight scalability and latency guarantees.

Requirements

- ✓Experience with the design of software systems
- ✓Experience working towards strategic goals in a fast-paced environment
