About the Role
We are looking for a Creator Partnership Manager to join Spotify's Podcast team, working across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role will help creators see Spotify as their top choice for distribution, audience growth, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and grow relationships with podcast and video creators across the DACH region
- →Identify, engage, and support high-potential creators to develop a strong local talent funnel
- →Onboard new creators to Spotify for Podcasters and related tools
- →Use data and insights to advise partners on content strategy and performance optimization
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock value for creators
- →Support planning and execution of creator education sessions and workshops
- →Stay informed about the German-speaking creator landscape
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in the creator economy, podcasting, media, or platform partnerships
- ✓Experience supporting creators in growing audiences and monetizing content
- ✓Experience managing projects or programs in fast-paced environments
- ✓Strong understanding of the German-speaking creator landscape
- ✓Strong project management skills with experience in consumer events
- ✓Experience working within social or content platforms
- ✓Experience organizing or supporting live events and workshops
- ✓Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- ✓Clear communication and trust-building skills
- ✓Initiative and ability to shape processes and build scalable programs
- ✓Data-driven decision-making with empathy for creators' goals
- ✓Passion for the creator community
