About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join the Ads Design team at Spotify. This role focuses on crafting beautiful, on-brand consumer ad experiences that scale across formats, platforms, and a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work on consumer-facing projects across the Spotify Advertising Platform to develop design solutions that feel native, polished, and on-brand
- →Guide product development through visual explorations and high-fidelity prototypes, leveraging AI tools to move faster and push the quality of your craft
- →Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to define solutions and contribute to longer-term strategy
- →Work with user research teams to scope and support ongoing research projects that inform the consumer ad experience
- →Design solutions with inclusivity and accessibility at the forefront, ensuring experiences work for listeners worldwide
- →Share your work regularly with peers and participate in design reviews with design and company leadership
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of relevant product design experience
- ✓Strong visual design foundation and attention to detail
- ✓Curiosity about AI and its applications in design
- ✓Experience designing consumer-facing products, ideally at scale
- ✓Ability to work through ambiguity and navigate unclear paths
- ✓Belief in a culture of feedback and actively seeking input
- ✓Experience in advertising, media, or content-adjacent spaces is a plus
