Project Manager - Music Go-To-Market at spotify

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive initiatives that shape the future of music consumption and editorial voice on Spotify. This role supports highly cross-functional product initiatives involving music content, editorial insight, and partner participation, working primarily with Product and Editorial teams as well as Artist & Label Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, Data Science, and Design.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own strategy and delivery for workstreams requiring collaboration between Product and Music Editorial teams
• →Represent editorial and partner perspectives upstream in product development
• →Coordinate across teams to ensure new products are tested, adopted, understood, and delivering impact with partners
• →Propose ways to merge agentic technology and human expertise to create better experiences for fans and artists
• →Run effective meetings, remove blockers, and hold workgroup members accountable for action items
• →Constantly improve processes and ways of working to increase team efficiency and impact
• →Assume different project roles depending on the setting, sometimes leading and sometimes supporting
