About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of reporting within SpotOn’s restaurant platform. This role focuses on evolving customer-facing reporting experiences and the data platform that powers them.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the roadmap and long-term vision for SpotOn’s reporting platform
- →Partner with engineering teams to evolve data models, pipelines, and systems
- →Lead efforts to modernize and migrate existing reporting capabilities
- →Work closely with design to translate complex data into intuitive reporting interfaces
- →Ensure reports are accurate and reliable for operators
- →Investigate merchant-reported issues and identify improvement opportunities
- →Take end-to-end ownership of reporting experiences
- →Use AI-powered tools to improve product development workflows
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new reporting capabilities to life
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of product management experience or equivalent
- ✓Strong curiosity about numbers and operational systems
- ✓Passion for turning complex information into simple experiences
- ✓Experience with reporting platforms or data tools
- ✓Comfort collaborating with engineers on technical topics
- ✓Track record of owning complex problems
- ✓Experience building products for small and medium-sized businesses
- ✓Excellent communication skills
