About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing to join SpotOn, a company that empowers independent restaurants with innovative technology solutions. In this leadership role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, cultivate, and grow a team of Product Marketers
- →Work with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership to define product market fit and ideal customer profiles
- →Scale the impact of PMM and Go-To-Market teams using new technologies
- →Drive cross-functional, cross-channel efforts and campaigns to meet growth objectives
- →Own market sizing, product positioning, and messaging to drive customer acquisition
- →Collaborate with Brand & Content teams to develop marketing assets
- →Analyze product usage and adoption to identify opportunities
- →Understand market and competitor trends to drive strategies
- →Build relationships across the organization to drive cross-functional projects
Requirements
- ✓Proven leadership experience in product marketing
- ✓Strong understanding of market sizing and product positioning
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams
- ✓Ability to analyze product usage data and identify opportunities
- ✓Knowledge of market and competitor trends
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
