About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to join the Accelerate team at SpotOn. This role focuses on architecting and implementing AI-native engineering practices that fundamentally change how a fintech engineering organization builds software.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the AI engineering technical authority, setting the standard for how AI is used in code generation, review, testing, and task automation
- →Drive the architecture and implementation of three concurrent projects: Automated PR Review, Android and API Test Automation, and AI Agent Swarms
- →Evangelize by shipping, not by presenting, with real metrics and demos to engineering leads
- →Define and report on metrics framework for developer hours recovered, cycle time compression, quality ratios, and cost per deployment
Requirements
- ✓5+ years building developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering systems
- ✓2+ years working deeply with LLMs and AI agents in production
- ✓Designed and operated AI-assisted code generation or review systems serving 50+ engineers or 30+ repositories
- ✓Built multi-agent or agentic workflows with experience in Claude Code, OpenAI Assistants, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom agent frameworks
- ✓Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Codeium
- ✓Domain expertise in at least two of: fintech/payments/regulated industry, mobile/Android testing automation, or multi-agent system architecture
