<div> <h3>About the Role:</h3> <p>The <strong>Senior People Operations Coordinator</strong> plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People team while helping maintain a functional, organized, and welcoming workplace environment. This role blends People Operations coordination, office support, documentation management, and light executive / administrative support.</p> <p>This position is ideal for someone who <span style="color: #000000;">enjoys</span> creating structure, keeping things organized, and ensuring employees and internal teams have what they need to operate effectively. The role will support core People Operations processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, benefits coordination, and HR systems administration, while also helping with office logistics, employee questions, internal documentation, and select administrative support for leadership.</p> <p>Working closely with the Senior People Operations Manager, this role will help improve operational consistency, support employee experience, and reduce administrative friction across the business.</p> </div> Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle & People Operations • Support core People Operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and documentation management • Coordinate onboarding logistics, maintain onboarding resources, and ensure a smooth new hire experience • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation across HR systems, ensuring consistency, privacy, and compliance Benefits & Employee Support • Assist with benefits administration including enrollments, life events, and open enrollment coordination • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to benefits and People Ops processes • Support leave tracking, benefits troubleshooting, and escalate issues as needed HR Systems, Data & Documentation • Maintain and support HR systems (e.g., Rippling) including data updates, reporting, and basic administration • Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation management to support operational consistency • Organize and maintain internal knowledge bases, guides, and People documentation Recruiting & Onboarding Coordination • Support recruiting coordination including interview scheduling and candidate logistics • Maintain candidate data within the ATS and assist during active hiring periods • Partner with hiring managers and the People team to ensure seamless onboarding transitions Employee Experience & Office Operations • Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate internal events (e.g., All Hands, team gatherings) • Manage office operations including supplies, vendors, mail, and workspace coordination • Maintain a welcoming, functional office environment and liaise with building management Administrative & Operational Support • Provide light administrative support to leadership including scheduling, travel, and expense coordination • Assist with cross-functional operational tasks and ad hoc projects that reduce administrative burden Requirements: • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with an average of 2-3 days per week at our HQ in Durham, NC. • Familiarity with People Operations processes and basic HR best practices • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion • Experience working with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite • Experience maintaining or updating records within systems or databases • Comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and strong judgment • Strong follow-through and comfort managing shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment • Experience supporting administrative, office, People Ops, or coordination-heavy workflows • Comfort working across a mix of employee-facing support, systems administration, and operational logistics Additional Skills We Value: • Familiarity with HR systems such as Rippling, UKG, BambooHR, ADP, or similar platforms • Experience working at smaller, growth-stage organizations, ideally within the technology industry • Experience supporting global teams or working with distributed workforces We Offer Our US-Based Employees: • Competitive salary + Equity • Outstanding Medical and Dental benefits, including 100% employer-paid options • Company-paid Life and Disability insurance • Optional vision and supplemental insurance options, and various Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) • Open Paid Time Off policy + 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents • Matching 401(k) plan (5% up to $5,000 yearly) • $1,000 annual professional development stipend • Monthly home working/digital lifestyle stipend, new MacBook, and one-time accessory reimbursement • Access to company-paid professional coaching service • Visits to HQ in Durham, North Carolina for remote employees
