About the Role
We are looking for a Launch Operations Manager to join Springboard, an online learning platform focused on helping learners build real-world skills. This role involves launching new courses and ensuring programs run smoothly as they grow from the first cohort through steady state.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and manage end-to-end project plans for new course launches, owning timelines, task assignments, and cross-team dependencies.
- →Ensure launch readiness by making sure every system, workflow, and handoff is in place before a course goes live.
- →Coordinate with internal and external partners to flag risks early, track open items, and keep teams accountable to shared deadlines.
- →Run recurring cross-functional check-ins to align teams on content updates, process fixes, and bug resolution.
- →Establish a regular cadence for reviewing course health metrics to identify trends and lead cross-functional sprints to fix friction points.
- →Triage course feedback, coordinate curriculum updates between cohorts, and ensure smooth launches for subsequent cohorts.
- →Create clear documentation for workflows, automations, and processes to make institutional knowledge accessible.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in Operations, Enablement, or Program Management with experience building from scratch.
- ✓A builder mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and reason from root causes.
- ✓Strong project management instincts with the ability to scope work, set realistic timelines, and manage multiple workstreams.
- ✓High-agency and independence as a disciplined, independent worker who closes loops instinctively.
- ✓Strategic communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
- ✓Applied AI mindset with concrete examples of using AI to build smarter workflows and solve operational bottlenecks.
