About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Customer Reporting team at Spring Health. This role involves building data products that help customers understand the impact of Spring Health's services on their organizations. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to develop data narratives that highlight the value of Spring Health's mental healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Inform the Customer Experience Product Roadmap by pursuing innovative AI/ML capabilities that provide customers with impactful insights
- →Build the analytics story that demonstrates Spring Health's value to customers
- →Analyze data across all aspects of the member mental health journey to provide actionable insights
- →Provide thought leadership in evolving our customer data story
Requirements
- ✓Degree in a STEM-related field and 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
- ✓Expertise in advanced SQL and proficiency in Python
- ✓Experience developing predictive models and deploying them in production
- ✓Hands-on experience with dbt and data visualization platforms like Looker
- ✓Exceptional communication skills and experience working with customers
- ✓Ability to manage priorities and dependencies in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- ✓Passion for navigating ambiguous problems and learning new approaches
- ✓Experience mentoring others and defining processes to scale teams
- ✓Strong analytical creativity and ability to design compelling analyses
- ✓Commitment to Spring Health's mission of removing barriers to mental healthcare
- ✓Ability to travel periodically (up to 25%)
