About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join Spring Health and build foundational and new experiences to drive growth and impact of our Specialty Care program. This role focuses on serving members with complex behavioral health conditions and eliminating barriers to care.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with the Specialty Care team to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap
- →Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-impact products
- →Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape
- →Ensure products comply with regulatory standards and align with business goals
- →Cultivate a high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
- →Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
- →Build a portfolio of internal core competencies and partnerships in a complex healthcare ecosystem
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience
- ✓At least 2 years within the behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field
- ✓Proven track record of delivering successful products
- ✓Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience leveraging AI, automation, or personalization systems
- ✓Familiarity with agile development methodologies and user-centric design principles
