About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join SpyCloud, a cybersecurity company dedicated to disrupting cybercrime and protecting billions of accounts worldwide. This role involves partnering with the Enterprise sales team to present SpyCloud solutions to strategic customers, leveraging data to hunt adversaries, and conducting technical presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Enterprise sales team to present SpyCloud solutions tailored for unique customer use cases
- →Leverage SpyCloud data to hunt adversaries and criminals, applying this to specific customer situations
- →Drive channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement
- →Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, requirements analysis, and evaluation management
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales or working with IT security tools
- ✓Strong network of enterprise customers in the US
- ✓Experience with link analysis tools (e.g., Maltego, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook)
- ✓Experience supporting high-importance, strategic accounts
- ✓Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language is a plus
- ✓Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple demands in a rapidly evolving environment
- ✓Willingness to travel as required
