About the Role
You will lead the IT support activities (Tier 1/Tier 2) and ensure quality service delivery to employees. You will manage teams primarily located in France and Morocco, working closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity, and Information Systems teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage Tier 1/Tier 2 support teams (France & Morocco)
- →Organize activities, prioritize, and structure the service

- →Supervise incidents and requests via ITSM
- →Ensure SLA compliance
- →Track key KPIs (MTTR, FCR, satisfaction)
- →Implement continuous improvement actions
- →Manage a multi-OS fleet (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- →Ensure security, compliance, and lifecycle management
- →Optimize tools (Intune, NinjaOne)
- →Deploy new ITSM/CMDB tools
- →Standardize processes and reporting
