About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer specialized in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join our team. This role focuses on improving user experience and driving conversions through data-driven design.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead the end-to-end UX process from user research to production, ensuring consistency and quality of the experience.
- βConduct and structure user research (qualitative & quantitative): interviews, tests, surveys, analysis of user journeys, and identification of pain points.
- βDesign effective user journeys and interfaces: information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, UI focused on accessibility and conversion.
- βImplement a CRO/test-and-learn approach: defining hypotheses, prioritization, designing and leading A/B tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations.
- βTrack and improve experience performance via KPIs (conversion, engagement, NPS/CSAT, Core Web Vitals) and regular reporting.
- βCollaborate closely with product, data, marketing, and tech teams to transform insights into concrete and measurable improvements.
- βFacilitate workshops and provide advisory to clients (ideation, co-creation, UX/CRO audits, experience roadmaps).
- βContribute to the design system (components, guidelines) and ensure a clean design handoff to facilitate integration.
Requirements

- βStrong skills in user research and A/B testing.
- βProficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- βKnowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
