About the Role
We are looking for a Legal Operations Analyst to join the Allstate Protection Plans’ Legal Team. This role involves working cross-functionally on legal and compliance projects while leveraging AI and automation technology to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist the Legal team with in-house legal work, including reviewing NDAs and prioritizing legal requests
- →Oversee regulatory compliance processes such as GDPR/CCPA privacy procedures and license renewals
- →Investigate customer complaints raised by regulators and coordinate resolutions
- →Maintain active entities, registered agents, and business registrations/licenses
- →Identify opportunities to develop new processes for enhancing Legal department efficiency
- →Research various issues through online and internal resources to create detailed analyses
- →Perform general administrative duties such as reviewing mail and managing email aliases
Requirements
- ✓Experience in corporate legal and compliance fields
- ✓Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA privacy processes
- ✓Ability to work with external partners and government agencies
- ✓Strong research and analytical skills
- ✓Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
