StackAdapt is the leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.
The digital advertising landscape is shifting from manual service models to sophisticated, product-led growth. We are looking for a Partner Manager to act as a high-stakes business consultant for our most significant technology and channel partners.
You won’t just manage relationships; you will serve as a "mini-CEO" for your book of business, helping massive platforms and publishers build and scale their own advertising businesses from the ground up using StackAdapt’s APIs. Your mission is to move beyond tactical media planning and lead an enterprise-level transformation that turns our partners into programmatic powerhouses.
The Team and Location
This role sits within our Strategic Partnerships & Alliances (SP&A) team, a high-growth engine that has matured into a cornerstone of our global revenue strategy. You will report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships to provide critical coverage for an existing book of business while driving the next wave of North American expansion.
Location: This is a remote-first position. However, to effectively support our current accounts and collaborate with leadership, we are prioritizing candidates based in the East Coast time zone.
What you’ll do:
•
Take full ownership of a book of business, focusing on scaling indirect spend through aggressive and strategic productization.
•
Act as a lead "change agent," working directly with partner Product and Sales leadership to concept, design, and launch white-labeled ad offerings powered by StackAdapt.
•
Navigate complex organizations by engaging stakeholders across C-suite, Product Strategy, and Operations to align their long-term business goals with our technical capabilities.
•
Provide high-level technical consulting on API integrations and platform "plumbing" to ensure partner engines never skip a beat.
•
Leverage the StackAdapt platform and Ivyâ„¢ to help partners automate campaign workflows, moving them away from manual "service" models toward high-margin "product" models.
•
Serve as a thought leader who can "agitate" a partner to move faster, ensuring they stay ahead of market trends by fully leveraging our AI-powered marketing platform.
What you bring:
•
You have 3–5+ years of RTB/Programmatic experience (DSP, SSP, or Ad Network) and a mastery of the digital auction landscape.
•
You possess a hybrid background of Technical Account Management and Enterprise Sales; you understand how the technology works under the hood and how to sell its value.
•
You aren't afraid to innovate to drive growth; you have a track record of reaching "up and out" to stakeholders the client didn't even know they needed.
•
You have a deep comfort with APIs and technical integrations—you don't need to write the code, but you can lead a room of engineers through the logic.
•
You have experience managing high-stakes, large-scale accounts and can navigate the nuances of "indirect growth" where your partner is re-selling your technology.
•
Previous experience as a power user of a Demand-Side Platform is a significant advantage.
