Stafflink is Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist who is an expert in Instantly.ai, understands advanced email deliverability, and can craft high-converting outbound campaigns. Full-time | Remote | 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Key Responsibilities: - Build, launch, and manage outbound email campaigns using Instantly.ai - Write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused email copy - Maintain and optimize inbox deliverability across all domains - Warm up domains, manage DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and monitor sender reputation - Segment and clean email lists to maintain high deliverability - Run A/B tests for subject lines, call-to-actions, and sequences - Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly reports - Ensure all campaigns follow compliance and best-practice guidelines - Collaborate with sales and growth teams to align messaging

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B outreach - Strong understanding of deliverability, inboxing, and domain reputation - Experience sending large-volume cold outreach campaigns - Ability to write strong email copy (cold emails + follow-ups)
