Key Responsibilities āŖļø Build, launch, and manage outbound email campaigns using Instantly.ai āŖļø Write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused email copy āŖļø Maintain and optimize inbox deliverability across all domains āŖļø Warm up domains and manage DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) āŖļø Segment and clean email lists to ensure high deliverability āŖļø Run A B tests for subject lines, CTAs, and email sequences āŖļø Analyze campaign performance and share weekly reports āŖļø Ensure compliance with email best practices āŖļø Collaborate with sales and growth teams to align messaging
Requirements āŖļø 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably B2B outreach āŖļø Strong understanding of deliverability, inboxing, and domain reputation āŖļø Experience with high-volume cold email campaigns āŖļø Ability to write strong cold emails and follow-ups āŖļø Hands-on expertise with Instantly.ai
