About the Role
We are seeking a Workplace Banking Relationship Manager to help achieve annual targets outlined in the business plan. This role involves signing up scheme companies within market opportunities, particularly with multinational companies and government parastatals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with the head of workplace banking to fulfill annual targets
- →Sign up scheme companies within identified market opportunities
- →Collaborate with corporate and commercial relationship managers to identify opportunities
- →Proactively grow and penetrate the existing workplace banking market
- →Develop key relationships with decision makers and opinion leaders
- →Present products to sign up companies during on-site activations
- →Continuously manage arrears within allocated portfolio
Requirements
- ✓Experience in workplace banking or relationship management
- ✓Strong sales and negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to build and maintain key relationships
- ✓Understanding of corporate and commercial banking
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation abilities
