About the Role
We are seeking an Agile Coach to facilitate leadership in coaching and mentoring multiple teams. This role involves guiding teams through a hybrid delivery model that combines Agile and plan-driven methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coach and mentor multiple teams in a hybrid delivery model
- →Facilitate tasks, ceremonies, and governance processes
- →Ensure Agile ceremonies and structured project controls add measurable value
- →Engage, influence, and inspire team members across all levels
- →Guide teams toward increasing delivery maturity
- →Proactively remove impediments across people, process, technology, and dependencies
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Agile coaching and mentoring
- ✓Knowledge of both Agile and plan-driven methodologies
- ✓Strong facilitation and leadership skills
- ✓Ability to influence and inspire team members
- ✓Experience in resolving challenges and issues in delivery processes
