About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Designer to join Standard Bots, America’s industrial robot company. This role involves owning the visual execution of our brand across all customer touchpoints, from trade shows to webpages and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and production of marketing assets including event collateral, print brochures, sales decks, web pages, blog graphics, social assets, email designs, and swag.
- →Lightweight video editing including creating social shareable assets with on-screen text, motion graphics, audio narration, and music.
- →Retouch and adapt photography for multiple formats and aspect ratios.
- →Design responsive UX/UI in Figma and collaborate on implementation in Webflow.
- →Uphold and evolve brand visual guidelines in partnership with stakeholders.
- →Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and stakeholders.
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of relevant design experience, ideally in-house at a brand or at an agency.
- ✓Strong generalist skills across digital content, web UX/UI, print, and video.
- ✓Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
- ✓Sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual consistency.
- ✓Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Webflow.
- ✓Ability to work independently from concept to final asset.
