About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Development & Fundraising team at Stand Together. This role will coordinate and manage projects related to donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, ensuring donor engagement strategies are organized and executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage cross-functional projects spanning donor communications, creative, analytics, research, marketing, and events
- →Develop and maintain systems to track fundraising activities, donor strategies, and next steps
- →Track donor engagement activities, follow-ups, and relationship milestones
- →Communicate effectively with stakeholders by providing regular updates on project status
- →Support the adoption and improvement of project management processes and tools
Requirements
- ✓Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach
- ✓4+ years of project management experience working with stakeholders and various teams
- ✓Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- ✓Track record of successfully delivering projects under tight deadlines
- ✓Superior organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
