Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, organize, communicate, and coordinate project planning and programming engagements
- →Establish the client's requirements and develop programming documentation (e.g., DD Forms 1391)
- →Provide design management support, including project coordination and technical subject matter expertise
- →Develop, present, and publish installation and headquarters/command level planning, programming, and budgeting submissions
- →Update the Air Force’s current system of record (TRIRIGA)
- →Prepare and maintain budget justification documents for coordination through higher headquarters
- →Track and report comprehensive project programming status
- →Meet with agencies such as Air Force, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Government of Japan, and contractor representatives
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- ✓Five or more years of demonstrable experience in programming F/SR&M projects and developing DD Forms 131
- ✓Experience with cost estimating tools, such as PACES, MCACES, and RS Means
- ✓Familiarity with Military Construction (MILCON) Economic Analysis requirements
- ✓Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Excellent report writing skills
- ✓Ability to work effectively with a diverse and multi-discipline team
- ✓Evidence of working collaboratively with clients and suppliers to deliver positive results
- ✓May be required to obtain a Secret security clearance
- ✓Must be a US Citizen or US National
