About the Role
We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join Statista, the world's leading business data platform. This role focuses on improving IT operations and cross-team governance to empower fact-based decision-making globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze current IT operations processes, interfaces, and ownership to identify gaps
- →Establish simple cross-team governance for intake, prioritization, and decision-making
- →Transform unclear topics into workable packages with scope, priority, owners, and timelines
- →Align business, management, and IT Ops teams through moderated discussions
- →Support planning and communication without taking over day-to-day operations
Requirements
- ✓Several years of experience in operations or process management in a tech environment
- ✓Ability to close ownership gaps by enabling Team Leads
- ✓Strong skills in structuring messy situations and prioritizing tasks
- ✓Confident communication and facilitation across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Nice to have: IT ways of working (Agile/Lean), ServiceNow/ITSM, and exposure to procurement/SAP topics
