About the Role
We are looking for a Robotics Service Engineer to provide comprehensive support for Staubli robots. This role involves both on-site and remote technical assistance to ensure optimal robot performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide in-house or on-site repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for Staubli robots
- →Promote Staubli services and improve customer relationships
- →Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Staubli robotic systems
- →Provide remote technical support through various communication mediums
- →Conduct maintenance and specific trainings for Staubli customers
- →Diagnose and repair robot operations
- →Document robot performance and failure modes
- →Complete Field Service reports and update CRM
- →Coordinate responsibilities with Local Manager
- →Generate revenue through sales of maintenance contracts
Requirements
- ✓Experience with robotics and troubleshooting
- ✓Strong technical knowledge of robotic systems
- ✓Ability to provide remote technical support
