THE ROLE:
As a Staff Product Manager on our team, youβll drive the creation of innovative, data-driven product experiences for our Enterprise (B2B) customersβhelping large organizations unlock learner success at scale through cutting-edge solutions. Your focus will be to build 0 to 1 greenfield products, tailored to the unique needs of our Enterprise clients, and partner with them to deliver impactful outcomes. This includes architecting new product lines, launching custom enterprise platforms, and collaborating closely with external stakeholders in complex, regulated environments.
WHAT YOUβLL DO:
- Lead strategy and execution for building and launching greenfield products that address the needs of Enterprise customers, particularly in highly regulated industries like healthcare.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business challenges and drive adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional internal teams (design, engineering, data, ops) and key external stakeholders at client organizations to ensure successful delivery and impact.
- Prioritize product features and roadmap initiatives tailored to large-scale deployments, and balance competing priorities between different enterprise stakeholders.
- Effectively manage product vision, communicate strategy clearly, and lead external client presentations as well as internal teams.
THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on developing 0 to 1 products for B2B or Enterprise customers, ideally in a greenfield or new market segment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior client stakeholders and executive teams at large organizations, especially within healthcare or similar regulated industries.
- Strong analytical skills (proficient in SQL & data visualizations) with the ability to translate client needs into data-driven insights and actionable requirements.
- Experience successfully managing complex, multi-phased enterprise projects and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves, work hands-on with clients, and tackle ambiguity in greenfield product environments.
- A bias to action and ability to consider trade-offs and make decisions that align with both client and business objectives.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Prior experience in consulting, with a history of driving change within client organizations and launching new enterprise solutions.
- Deep expertise working with enterprise healthcare clients or health systems.
- Experience with A/B testing or other experiment/data-driven product development methodologies in enterprise settings.
- Understanding of software development processes and technical fluency (e.g., familiarity with code repositories like GitHub).

Step 3: Take-Home case which you'll present to our Director of Product Management and a senior member of our Product Engineer team

COMPENSATION:
New Hire Base Salary Bands:
Staff I - $191,000-$241,000
Staff II - $201,000-$254,000
Please note we do not have a bonus structure at this time so all cash compensation will come in the form of base salary. The total compensation package will also include our benefits package and an equity (ISOs) package.
Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
