About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Backend Engineer to join our Card Issuing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in back-end technologies and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, test, and maintain features for our web application/platform
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- →Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
- →Implement and maintain security practices
- →Ensure code quality through unit tests, automation, and code reviews
- →Mentor junior developers
- →Stay current with full stack development trends
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓At least 2 years of professional experience in full stack development
- ✓Solid experience with back-end development using Golang
- ✓Familiarity with MariaDB databases
- ✓Experience with Git and version control systems
- ✓Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
