About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s Regional Total Rewards strategy across compensation and equity (Employee Stock Options). The position plays a critical role in strengthening a performance-driven organization by ensuring reward programs are competitive, data-driven, compliant, and aligned with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits administration across markets.
- →Maintain and enhance compensation structures, grading, and benchmarking practices.
- →Partner with Finance and People Partners to ensure alignment between budget, manpower planning, and reward execution.
- →Manage cash bonus cycles, payout modeling, and alignment with performance outcomes.
- →Oversee ESOP administration, tracking, documentation, and communication in partnership with Finance and Legal.
- →Analyze compensation data, market benchmarks, and workforce trends to provide actionable insights.
- →Develop dashboards and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- →Support and lead Total Rewards-related system enhancements (Workday, payroll revamp, automation initiatives).
- →Improve process efficiency and data integrity.
Requirements
- ✓4–7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards in a similar industry/consulting.
- ✓Experience handling projects in regional scope is strongly preferred.
- ✓Hands-on experience in designing compensation structure and reward modeling.
- ✓Exposure to equity / ESOP administration is highly preferred.
- ✓Experience in compensation benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry/Hay).
- ✓Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
- ✓Proven ability to manage strategic projects independently and drive execution.
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
