Hiring: HR Business Partner – Dubai (Full-Time)

A leading Strategic HR Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join its dynamic team. The consultancy specializes in HR audits, compliance, people strategy, and leadership development for SMEs and mid-sized businesses across the UAE and GCC.

🌟 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Manage and support multiple clients across diverse HR projects. 🔹 Deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with client goals, including HR audits, policy development, and compliance. 🔹 Partner with client leadership teams to enhance organizational performance and people strategy. 🔹 Provide guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design. 🔹 Support leadership development initiatives and contribute to long-term HR transformation projects. 🔹 Prepare reports, recommendations, and insights based on client needs.

🌟 Requirements: 🔹 Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in the UAE working in an HR consultancy or as an HR Business Partner. 🔹 Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, HR frameworks, and compliance requirements. 🔹 Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. 🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 🔹 Arabic speakers preferred. 🔹 Flexible work setup (remote/hybrid). 🔹 Salary range: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month.
