About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading project delivery activities for interior fit-outs and capital improvement projects in industrial and office properties. This role involves analyzing project documentation and existing conditions to determine scope, cost, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• →Perform due diligence to assess projects
• →Work with Architects, Owners/Tenants, Engineers, and Contractors to formulate accurate Construction Documents and scopes of work
• →Lead the project team in translating scope of work into construction documents
• →Value engineer costs to achieve budget goals
• →Create project schedules and coordinate with vendors
• →Solicit pricing information and bids from contractors and suppliers
• →Prepare job specific instructions and bid forms
• →Produce accurate takeoffs and coordinate pre-bid and bid meetings
• →Create project estimates and analyze bids
• →Coordinate Contracts and Purchase Orders
• →Monitor project budget, schedule, and construction quality
• →Coordinate weekly project progress meetings
• →Document scope and cost revisions
• →Coordinate project close-out processes
• →Build lasting relationships with project stakeholders
• →Schedule and coordinate meetings
• →Prepare correspondence and manage project files
• →Create forms, spreadsheets, and presentations
• →Research and prepare reports and proposals
• →Assist with Marketing Ideas
• →Communicate project status and requirements
