About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs for employees, clients, or partners at Stress Free Auto Care. This hybrid role combines remote work flexibility with significant travel to conduct in-person training sessions, workshops, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- →Design, develop, and update training materials, curricula, presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules using tools such as Synthesia AI, Articulate Storyline, or Adobe Captivate.
- →Deliver high-impact training sessions both remotely and in-person at store sites or training facilities.
- →Travel up to 50% of the time (domestic) to facilitate on-site training, provide field support, and deliver customized programs.
- →Handle full logistics for in-person and online trainings, including scheduling, participant registrations, venue coordination, and equipment setup.
- →Manage technological aspects of training delivery, including setup and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- →Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and follow-up observations.
- →Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes in the Learning Management System.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- ✓3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or instructional design.
- ✓Proven ability to deliver engaging training in both virtual and in-person environments.
- ✓Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% (including overnight stays).
- ✓Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
- ✓Proficiency in Google Suite and e-learning authoring tools.
- ✓Demonstrated experience coordinating training logistics and technical setup.
