About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join Stripe's Existing Business team. This role involves managing relationships with and driving growth for Stripe's fastest growing users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of Stripe’s SMB users
- →Proactively identify growth opportunities with existing accounts
- →Strategically identify, engage, grow and retain Stripe’s fastest growing SMB users
- →Work with cross functional teams to achieve targets
- →Manage contract renewals and close business with existing accounts
- →Balance reactive client requests with proactive engagements
- →Solve complex client needs and work across product, marketing, risk and operations teams
Requirements
- ✓3 years of experience in solution sales field or customer success
- ✓Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
- ✓Ability to understand the Stripe API
- ✓Experience with Excel and SQL, or a willingness to learn
