About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join Stripe's Customer Marketing team. This role focuses on amplifying customer voices through content, events, and references to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner closely with cross-functional go-to-market teams to identify and develop impactful customer stories and use cases
- →Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to incorporate customer voices into various marketing channels
- →Act as the primary point of contact for sourcing, pitching, and managing customer speakers for industry events
- →Design and implement new strategic initiatives to identify, engage, and nurture top customers
- →Analyze program performance and customer sentiment to optimize Stripe's approach to customer marketing
- →Work with global teams to share best practices and adapt successful programs for local markets
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of customer marketing experience with B2B settings and sales teams
- ✓Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and present effectively in leadership meetings
- ✓Experience building and driving customer-centric programs and activations
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills to implement scalable processes
- ✓Direct content creation experience including case studies, speaking engagements, and video storytelling
- ✓Experience owning relationships with external content agencies
- ✓Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hubble, and customer marketing software
