About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join Stripe's Operator Tooling team. This role involves leading a team of engineers to build solutions that streamline internal workflows and ensure compliance with laws and policies.

Requirements
- ✓8+ years of professional hands-on software development experience
- ✓2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
- ✓Hands-on experience designing and building large scale distributed systems
- ✓A track record of managing and mentoring junior and senior engineers
- ✓Customer obsession, ability to articulate and represent customer experience
- ✓A track record of attracting and hiring top talents, and growing teams
- ✓Demonstrated ability of defining & driving complex initiatives/projects across multiple teams
- ✓Proven success with cross-discipline and cross-team collaborations
