About the Role
We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join Stripe's Employee Onboarding and Engagement team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for new employees at scale, managing logistics, and optimizing the global onboarding program.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide in-person support for Stripe 101 live and in-person sessions from our Dublin office
- →Manage logistics and scheduling for bi-weekly onboarding sessions
- →Document best practices and create operational playbooks
- →Draft and distribute clear onboarding communications
- →Analyze new hire data and identify trends
- →Identify opportunities to optimize and automate onboarding workflows
- →Partner with the Workplace team to set up rooms and coordinate new hire social events
- →Answer questions and address issues for new employees
- →Facilitate Stripe 101 sessions to large audiences as needed
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of scheduling or coordination experience
- ✓Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Ability to be a team player and work with multiple people
- ✓Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail

- ✓Process-driven approach to making things more efficient
