About the Role
We are looking for an Activation Specialist to join Stripe's Bridge team in Mexico City. This role involves working directly with developers to help them integrate with Bridge APIs, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring successful activation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively provide technical guidance and support to users during their onboarding journey with Bridge
- →Deliver pre-built technical workshops and kick-off calls to users
- →Provide light touch project management for ongoing Bridge implementations
- →Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user queries
- →Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions
- →Anticipate and address potential technical challenges during onboarding
- →Offer guidance on best practices, product features, and account setup
- →Continuously update knowledge of Bridge’s products and features
- →Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams
- →Contribute to the improvement of onboarding processes and documentation
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of implementation consulting in API technologies or other complex technical environments
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- ✓Strong technical understanding of APIs and experience with SaaS solutions
- ✓Comfortable talking about technical concepts and explaining how Bridge works
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple onboarding flows concurrently
