About the Role
We are looking for a People Partner (HRBP) to join Stripe's GTM organization. This role involves supporting GTM leaders and senior managers to create an environment where all employees can thrive, align business strategy with people strategy, and develop best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a strategic consultant to leaders, guiding them in aligning business and people strategies
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to advance Stripe's People Strategy
- →Leverage data and insights to inform strategy, structure, and programs
- →Advise and coach leaders on org design, change management, and organizational initiatives
- →Support global talent and organizational planning
- →Promote a culture guided by Stripe's Operating Principles
- →Support the Leadership team through continued growth and evolution
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience as an HR business partner
- ✓Experience supporting functions within a go-to-market organization
- ✓Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy
- ✓Strong analytical and project management skills
- ✓Exceptional communication skills
- ✓Proven ability to partner and influence across diverse groups
