About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Campaign Manager to join Stripe's Growth Marketing team. This role focuses on improving the ROI and performance of paid digital campaigns that support self-serve and sales efforts globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support regional channel leads with campaign measurement and optimization
- →Analyze paid campaign effectiveness and advocate for budget reallocation
- →Develop actionable plans to address weaknesses in paid programs
- →Monitor key performance metrics and report on campaign performance
- →Analyze local market performance trends to enhance campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in paid digital and direct response
- ✓Expertise in executing across multiple ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Display)
- ✓Paid digital acumen and understanding of growth marketing concepts
- ✓Advanced analytical skills to decipher actionable insights from data
- ✓Self starter with ability to drive multiple workstreams
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience collaborating cross-functionally with overseas teams
- ✓Experience with SQL and/or data visualization tools
