About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Product Designer to join Stripe's Money Management Design team. You will lead design efforts for our global money management suite, creating intuitive interfaces for businesses to manage digital currencies and complex cross-border flows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery through delivery
- →Design seamless experiences for businesses to move between fiat and stablecoin rails
- →Build workflows for businesses to launch their own coins and manage financial metrics
- →Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to shape the team's roadmap
- →Partner with content design to craft compelling user experiences
- →Deliver design artifacts from workshops to final specs and code
- →Work closely with other designers to drive holistic solutions
- →Participate in design reviews and share work with leadership
Requirements
- ✓6+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
- ✓Experience working with and leading changes to design systems
- ✓Experience collaborating with engineering to support UI development
- ✓Experience working autonomously on large-scale initiatives
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
- ✓Comfortable working on multiple projects with different paces
- ✓Proficient with prototypes, journey maps, and UX flows
- ✓Able to manage and prioritize time effectively
