The DASH (Deliberate Agile Strategic Hiring) Team at Stripe is seeking a recruiter to help address immediate hiring challenges across various areas of the company. This is a strategic role focused on improving hiring processes and supporting Stripe's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies
- →Help initiate creative and scalable changes to existing recruiting strategy
- →Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership
- →Create strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- ✓Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple organizations, skill sets, and geographies
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Proven abilities to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines
- ✓An active and data-driven approach to problem solving
